There are Hello Kitty shops in several locations in Taipei, but I find that Sogo Zhongxiao (toy floor) has a sufficiently complete and up-to-date selection of Sanrio stuff. There are wholesale Hello Kitty stores in the area of Hochezhan, but merchandise may be more of "outlet" quality and type.
